            in 4 innovative European cities: Budapest (Hungary), Leuven (Belgium), Ljubljana (Slovenia
            (Estonia), Prague (Czech Republic). The Alliance aims at promoting collaboration between i

            to exchange practice at both policy and operational level, and together to find solutions 
            problems Europe is facing.
