            Your personal data will be processed based on the consent provided below, which you give f
            of participating in the CENTRAL Leadership Program. The personal data that Charles Univers
            process for this purpose includes your first name, last name, email address, personal addr

            number, photograph, passport number or other personal identification document number, and 
            number.
            Data Controller and Recipients of Personal Data:

            The data controller is Charles University. The Data Protection Officer for Charles Univers
            Petra Kubáčová, gdpr@cuni.cz. Your personal data will be shared with other universities in

            CENTRAL network [ URL "https://csp.cuni.cz/CSPEN-36.html"] , solely to the extent necessar
            participation in the program. These universities will process your personal data as indepe
            and are committed to ensuring data protection in accordance with GDPR rules.


            Retention Period:
            Your personal data will be stored for 2 years from the date of granting consent, unless th

            withdrawn earlier.
            Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data:
            You have the right to:

            1.Request information about which personal data is being processed about you.
            2.Request correction of personal data if it is inaccurate or outdated.
            3.Request restriction of the processing of personal data.

            4.Request that your personal data be transferred to another controller.

            Selected participants will be asked separately for consent to take and distribute photogra
            audiovisual recordings before the program begins.
