Your personal data will be processed based on the consent provided below, which you give for the purpose of participating in the CENTRAL Leadership Program. The personal data that Charles University (CU) will process for this purpose includes your first name, last name, email address, personal address, phone number, photograph, passport number or other personal identification document number, and bank account number.
Data Controller and Recipients of Personal Data:
The data controller is Charles University. The Data Protection Officer for Charles University is Mgr. Petra Kubáčová, gdpr@cuni.cz. Your personal data will be shared with other universities involved in the CENTRAL network, solely to the extent necessary to ensure your participation in the program. These universities will process your personal data as independent controllers and are committed to ensuring data protection in accordance with GDPR rules.
Retention Period:
Your personal data will be stored for 2 years from the date of granting consent, unless this consent is withdrawn earlier.

Request information about which personal data is being processed about you.
Request correction of personal data if it is inaccurate or outdated.
Request restriction of the processing of personal data.
Request that your personal data be transferred to another controller.

Photographs and Audiovisual Recordings:
Selected participants will be asked separately for consent to take and distribute photographs or audiovisual recordings before the program begins.
